Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Envoy (the “Service”) operated by ClonePartner. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Envoy provides dedicated per-customer instances for running data pipelines. Features, limits, and pricing are described on the pricing page and in your subscription.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the Service (including trials), probe other tenants, reverse engineer infrastructure secrets, or use the Service for unlawful content or traffic.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Failures to pay may suspend or destroy the instance per our lifecycle policy. Metered overage is billed when applicable.

5. Data

You retain ownership of your pipeline data. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Maintenance and cell failures may cause downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClonePartner’s liability arising from the Service is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
