What we collect
- Account email, company name, and authentication credentials (hashed)
- Billing identifiers via Stripe (customer and subscription IDs)
- Usage metrics needed for metering (run counts, run-seconds, AI spend)
- Operational logs for provisioning and health
What we do not put in the portal
The public portal does not store SSH keys, Cloudflare tokens, GHCR credentials, OVH credentials, or per-tenant API keys. Those stay on the private fleet.
Purpose
We use data to provide the Service, bill accurately, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. After customer-initiated deletion we anonymise personal fields and retain billing records as required. Instance data is destroyed with the tenant unless a restore/archive procedure applies.
Sharing
We share data with processors needed to run the Service (for example Stripe for payments, and infrastructure providers for cells). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Account deletion is available in the portal. Contact support@clonepartner.com.
